Shipping & Cancellations

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment:
If your products are in stock in our warehouse, your order will be shipped within 24 hours and you will be notified of the shipment along with tracking information.

If any of your ordered products are not in our local warehouse we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm they have it in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the products are available through our suppliers your products will be shipped directly from our distributor within 48 hours from the date of your order and we will forward tracking information to you as soon as it ships from the distributors warehouse.

Because we work to provide the best delivery of your products you may find that we have already shipped your products by the time you request a cancellation. If we receive a cancellation request in time we will stop the shipment and immediately refund your payment in full.

If your order has already been shipped before you request a cancellation, you will need to return the product(s) in their original condition before we can refund your payment.

Out of Stock:
If we determine that any portion of your order cannot be shipped, even if the product(s) are on back-order, you will be immediately refunded that portion of your payment.
