We provide a 30 day unconditional return policy. Should you decide to return an item you MUST contact customer service at 804-601-4997 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label. We will not accept a return without a RMA, in which case it will be returned to you.
Products to be returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund (do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Any refund will be issued to the credit card or via method of payment used when the initial order was placed. Returns that are incomplete or not in original factory packaging will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and initiated a refund.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you will need to take photos of the damage to the package before opening.
Submit the photos of the damaged package and damaged product, along with your request, to email@example.com or call us at 804-601-4997 for assistance or any questions you might have.
Once we have verified the damage we will send you an email to notify you that we have initiated a refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days depending on the effectiveness of the banks and credit card companies involved.
If your approved refund has not arrived in your bank or credit card account within 5 business days after you receive our email authorizing the refund, please contact us by phone at 804-601-4997 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
